Who we are

INOZA [Inuka Ongoza Africa]

Inuka Ongoza Africa (INOZA) is a non-profit, social enterprise, created to empower young men and women in Africa to thrive, lead and transform their spheres of influence. INOZA was registered in Uganda as a limited company by guarantee on 10th November 2023.
We provide the training, resources, investment opportunities and mentorship for young leaders to start right in the journey to realize their dreams, leveraging partnerships with credible business incubators, accelerators, and investors to ensure that each participant is equipped and empowered to succeed in their leadership journey.
Such leaders would be socially and morally astute, financially sound with the ability to influence community and national policies and decisions to create jobs, fight systemic poverty and inequalities, address climate change impacts while promoting environmental sustainability.

To build Africa's largest multigenerational network of prosperous, value-driven,and transformative leaders and investors. These individuals will be at the forefront of positive change, making a significant impact in various spheres such as business, socio-economic development, and Christian ministry.

Our Mission

At Inuka Ongoza Africa, we build leadership capacities of young men and women to clarify their purpose, turn dreams into sustainable ventures or corporate growth and positively impact their spheres at scale. We do this through skilling, mentorship, incubation, community building, financing, and strategic influence.

The Need

1. We must harness Africa’s demographic dividend (70% of Africans are below age 35).
2. This opportunity could elude us if youth are not equipped and empowered to lead in their spheres
3. Only a third in gainful employment, a third unemployed & discouraged and one in six in wage employment.
4. Many are in shock, lack direction and mentorship to navigate today’s complexities
5. Aggrievement can have dire consequences for social cohesion and peace

To expand the reach and influence our society more the Kingdom way, we offer INOZA Trainer Certification, we also run the INOZA Kingdom Leadership and Investment Platform for our members, and host The Africa Wisdom Summit to exchange and share. We advocate Evidence-based Policy influence for a developed society.
