Personal Experience

Over 30 years of development experience with 18 years in senior leadership in Africa, Central Asia, Eastern Europe and the U.K. Policy Advisor and Senior Manager in various positions focusing on poverty reduction, civil society empowerment, gender equality and women's empowerment, local economic development, local self-governance, democratic governance, transformational leadership.
