Terms of Use
Terms for using INOZA’s public website, information, and enquiry services.
Effective date: 2 October 2026
1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Website information
INOZA provides information about leadership programmes, events, resources, partnerships, and community opportunities. We aim to keep information accurate, but schedules, speakers, availability, fees, and programme details may change. Confirm important details with INOZA before making commitments.
3. Registrations, enquiries, and book purchases
Submitting a form or enquiry does not guarantee admission, membership, funding, a partnership, or a place at an event. A book purchase is submitted for manual payment verification after the buyer uploads payment proof. The purchase-order tracker will show payment confirmation, fulfilment, delivery, and completion updates recorded by INOZA. Physical-book delivery is currently limited to Uganda. Digital editions are released privately only after payment is verified and may not be copied, shared, resold, or posted publicly. Any delivery, exchange, or refund conditions will be confirmed before payment.
4. Appropriate use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, interfere with website operation, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the service.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, INOZA owns or is authorised to use the website’s branding, text, programme materials, graphics, and original content. You may view and share public links for personal and educational purposes, but may not reproduce substantial content commercially without written permission.
6. External services
Links to social networks, video platforms, partner organisations, and other third-party services are provided for convenience. INOZA does not control their availability, security, or content.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, INOZA is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on website content, temporary unavailability, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update the website and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Contact and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Uganda. Questions may be sent to info@inoza.africa.
